In 2019 we became a standalone legal entity. The company is operated by Mikalai Mikhuta JDG, trading as APPS4GS.

Our add-ons are published under the Ablebits name by agreement. The ablebits.com website is run by Office Data Apps, a separate company; the add-on documentation and tutorials hosted there are ours.

Shared Email Templates launched in 2025 to automate the everyday email work that typical CRM systems and similar tools leave out.

Over the years we have learned Gmail, Sheets and Docs inside out, including their limits, and we read every piece of feedback we get. That is how Shared Email Templates grew from a place to store replies into a system for team templates, fillable fields, attachments from Google Drive and company signatures.

We keep adding features and polishing the ones already there, and our list of ideas grows faster than we can ship them.
